Job Description
- Discover, architect and design new modules that will replace or add to an existing system.
- Understand existing system, identify missing gaps, highlight redundancy, shortcomings and build new applications or modules that are robust, efficient, more compliant and user friendly.
- Implementation and development of entire Salesforce sales cloud from Awareness to Lead, Lead to Opportunity, quote, order management, fulfillment, implementation and support Integrate Salesforce internal applications to various third-party services through a reliable secure connection and ensure seamless, consistent interaction between them.

Minimum Education requirement:

- More than 2+ years of experience in Marketing Bench Candidates.
- Should have experience in entire Sales Life Cycle and have ability to market multiple candidates at a time. Developing new contacts with vendors / Clients.
- Working directly with end clients requirements like Vendors/Implementation partners.
- Interacting, developing Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
- Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
- Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of placements.
- Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews.
- Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients. Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate. Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client. Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales. Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English.
